HC_HRS_JOB_POSTING Search Index failing

Anybody else came across the issue described in doc ID 2259199.1 ( PUM 22 - HC_HRS_JOB_POSTING index fails on MSSQL Server)?  A bug was created for this issue (Bug 25955982 : PUM 22 - HC_HRS_JOB_POSTING INDEX FAILS ON MSSQL SERVER), However no workaround has been published.  Just wondering what other people has done to fix this issue.
