Peopletools 8.55 change assistant set documentation library not working

I'm upgrading from hcm91to 92 and I had set the documentation library in the change assistant and it was working fine. After the server was rebooted, the documentation disappeared and now it won't set again. Has anyone run into anything like this? If so how can I fix it?
