Patch BP6+ for Oracle SES 11.2.2.2.0 installation throwing error: OUI-67073:UtilSession failed

Attempting to install SES (using Option 1) on Windows 2012R2 server.  Install went in successfully. Search interface available.

Am now attempting to apply the required patches. BP5 and BP6 finished, but with warnings... Error encountered when attempting to apply BP6+.

BP5 (19712537) - Finished with warning. Results were as followed -
