Users sometimes cannot view their paycheque
We are having an odd problem were some users cannot view their paycheque. It mostly happens for IE users but has occurred with Chrome also. The problem is the same as what happens when user enabling the accessibility mode, however it does not go away unless the user resets their preferences. It is possible that some users are changing their personalization and permanently enabling the accessibility mode, however given the number of times this is happening and the people who are having this issue, I doubt very much this is the case.
The only way I was able to fix the issue is by asking the user to click the "restore defaults" button on the My Preferences screen. This is not idea as it has to be done one by one and I would like to be able to fix it for all users.
