How to Re-print Dunning letters generated using Staged Dunning method in R12 after the integration

Upgraded from 11i to R12.1.3. Using basic functionality of Advanced Collections (no purchase of additional license).

per pg 8-5 of Oracle Receivables user Guide, the "Dunning History - Receivables Generated Letters Only report" can be used to generate  historical dunning letters using Staged Dunning Method that were originally generated in earlier versions of Receivables. It  also says "This program reprints individual dunning letters that were created in earlier versions of Receivables, before the integration with Advanced Collections."

My question is : After the integration with Advanced Collections, how can we reprint the following Dunning Letters generated using Staged Dunning Method:

     1. Dunning Letters that were originally generated in earlier versions of Receivables
