Can the value of GST be manual input not percentage driven?

Hi

Customer is looking for a feature to

either override the calculated percentage based GST amount to a value

or the value of GST should be manual input not percentage driven.

Is it possible? Is there any viable workaround?

Ex: Tax rate is 18% IGST & 10% BCD

When creating an AP invoice for 1000/-, 280/- tax (180+100) is calculated. But customer wants to have BCD (Customs) as 90/- not 100/-.
