Net Balance in the IEX_DLN_UWQ_Summary table is blank

Hi,

We are currently on R12.1.3.

In the UWQ form there is a Net Balance column displayed for each Delinquent Account or Bill To.

Is there a way I can get the Net Balance column populated for delinquent Bill To when I open the UWQ form as a collector?

I have query the table - IEX_DLN_UWQ_summary table and the column Net_Balance is blank for all records.
