workflow notification mailer -- SYSTEM_DEACTIVATED

Hello,

We use Oracle EBS version 12.2.5 with Oracle Database 12.1.0.2.

Workflow mailer is going down frequently in the production EBS application and the status shows SYSTEM_DEACTIVATED.

The following errors appear in the mailer log file:
