Setting up PIA's in managed weblogic

We have a VM windows server 2012 and we setup managed weblogic server and we have multiple ip addresses within this server as dns and I configure the ip address for the corresponded PIA, PIA1, PIA2, PIA3 in the weblogic managed console in the listen address field, and all these pia's are using default port 80. We are in the upgrade first pass and need to setup environments.
