cannot create receivables worksheet when customer is inactive

I cannot save a worksheet when the customer is inactive (effective date past current date)

I get an error message when I tried to save a worksheet application (Receivables). My work around is to change the customer inactive date to future date. Once I change the date I was able to save it.  This is a very tedious process as I have to go through several pages before I can save the worksheet.

The error I got is ' No format Currency exists for this customer (6050, 138)'

Does anyone have the same issue?

Please advise!
