Journal workflow table that shows email status
Hello,
We are in PS9.1 using AWE journal workflow.
Users say they see the journals on the work list but sometimes they do not see a corresponding email sent. It is configured to be both email and worklist notification. This is very inconsistent where occassionally a few users do not receive an email.
Is there any way to troubleshoot this to determine if this is PS issue or an email issue? Can anyone point me to a table that would show whether an email was triggered to be sent to the approver when journal is submitted for approval?
