HCM 91 to 9.2 Upgrade RFU

I am upgrading from (HCM 9.1 HC-Bundle 17TAX-UPD 17-B) to HCM9.2 Image16 source image, I built HC92DMO using classic method, when I created Change package, I got CPRFU and CPUPG.

I started applying CPRFU to HC92DMO (my source database), after running Final Audit Reports I got Create Modified Change Package, the existing CP got backed up and modified the change package files.

There are Setup Documentation, Setup Documentation - UPD16630733_01_SETUP_DOC, Setup Documentation - UPD16630661_01_SETUP_DOC, and many Upgrade Documentation - UPD16792110_01_UPG_DOC.

Am I in the right direction, why the modified CP got created. Thanks in advance for any help, I appreciate for any inputs.
