How to enable Attachments option in Supplier Onboarding Configuration page iSupplier

Hello,

How can enable the Attachment option on Supplier Onboarding Configuration Page. Currently the checkbox is freezed and its not allowing me to update it.

As i wanted to give Attachment facility to prospective supplier registration page.

Please help me with your comments. (Screenshot attached for reference)
