India GST recoverable and non recoverable tax

We need to set up both recoverable and non recoverable GST.  Can this be set up in the same Tax Regime using different tax types like CGST and CGST-NonRecoverable (for each tax type)?  or is it necessary to set up a different Tax Regime, tax types CGST, SGST, IGST
