India TDS Processing Concurrent Program is in Pending phase

After validating invoice batch "TDS processing" program got triggered and got stuck in pending phase. Thereafter , all reports (like GL reconciliation, AP aging reports) got stuck in pending phase.

while doing R&D, i get to know that it is due to conflicting state between the reports if one report completes then only another will be completed. And also it is a compatibility issue.
