Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Unable to create a new tax rate in oracle financials for india. Trying to create after GST phase 3 enablement patch and getting the below error;

APP-FND-01206: This record already exists. You entered a duplicate value or sequence of values that must be unique for every record.
