Match Exception "No Receipts Found" 100

PeopleSoft 9.2. We are receiving match exception 100 for receipts that have been completed. I am unable to see the receipts in Document Status page as well. These receipts are also in the Process Receipts table. The receipts have the status of Received and for some Moved (inventory Item). Does anyone have any experience with this issue.

1. Receipts have been completed against the Purchase Order.

2. RECV_00 & RECV_01 has run successfully

3. Voucher is entered but will not match, due to match exception "No Receipts Found"

4. Receipt Document not visible is Document Status.

5. Purchase Order has a Received as Receipt Status

5. Receipt has a status of Fully Received
