India GST tax account assignment

Hi

In our case, the business is creating a tax account for each State. I have one Regime (India GST) Since tax account is assigned on the Tax Type, it seems to me I will need to create tax types for each state

(ie      CGST - Delhi,     SGST- Delhi,      IGST - Delhi

          CGST - U.P.      SGST-U.P          IGST- U.P.

etc)

is there any other way to accomplish this set up?  Update is not allowed in tax account at the tax rate level.
