OAM upgrade issue

We are planning to install OAM BP 11.1.2.3.170418, and in BP's release notes there are comment:

" If you are applying OAM Bundle Patch 11.1.2.3.170418, you should also apply OMS Bundle Patch 11.1.2.3.160719, 23069801: Oracle Mobile Security Suite: 11.1.2.3.0."

Problem is, that we can't find this OMS BP, would someone tell us the location of this OMS BP.
