Invalid File Reference(XXXX) Source cannot be found in pi_home

Even after finding the particular dms script from the oracle site and placed in the scripts folders where all other scripts are running, cleared the CA cache, still getting the same error. Can someone help to guide how to make sure that the new script file downloaded taking effect after placing?
