PeopleSoft Customized Queries Are Being Dropped from PeopleTools Upgrade

I'm currently working on a PeopleTools Upgrade from 8.52 to 8.54.  It was brought to our attention the customized queries are not in the upgraded database.

My understanding was we don't touch the data during an upgrade only the structure of the tables.  It appears we have to create a project with the customized

queries in another database and import them into the upgraded database.  Any ideas?  At what point could the queries be dropped?  Alter Audit?  Appreciate

any information. to help solve the problem.
