scheduled FIN2025 SQR Fails to run with recurrence unless debugging is turned on

Hello everyone,

we are facing an issue with FIN2025 (Direct Debit EFT File) process. We are currently on PeopleSoft Financials/SCM 9.2 with Peopletools 8.54.30 and Microsoft SQL Server 2012.

we are trying to schedule FIN2025 (Account Receivables - Direct Debit - Remit to Bank - Create EFT File) process in our environment with a weekly recurrence.

When we run the process with recurrence, first instance of this process runs successfully, however the next second scheduled run fails with error "Invalid Database Type".

On Further exploration, we found that the command line generated by the scheduled run is truncated to 277 characters, which made the command line incomplete.
