Text Catalog suppressing ampersands

Hi -

I'm adding text catalog entries for the plan types displaying on the open enrollment page (W3EB_ENR_SUMMARY) and for my text catalog entry defined as "AD&D"  it's suppressing the ampersand and giving me "ADD"  Is there a way to keep my ampersand as my button label?  Happy to test out any suggestions that I haven't already tried!
