India GST - Bill From or Accounting Flexfield tax rules

Hi,

Are there any plans to introduce Bill From or Accounting Flexfield Tax Rules in future phases of GST?

How are other people creating Tax Rules for P2P if a supplier is providing more than one product/service with different tax rates? For companies with items, this may be easier, but for us, as we don't have inventory installed, this is getting difficult to create tax rules to differentiate tax rates based on HSN/SAC codes?
