Can we use peopletools (Application Designer) from Internet without peopletools client setup. ?

Hello Guys,

Can we use peopletools (Application Designer) from Internet without peopletools client setup. ?

I have one server where I hosted peoplesoft HCM 9.2 demo environment.

Now from local machine can i access application designer directly without installing peopletools client?

Please suggest if there any tools available?
