RECORDS_REJECTED Error in RESA

Can somebody provide more insight on how this type of ERROR_CODE is being generated in RESA - "RECORDS_REJECTED"?

As far as I know from the Error definition defined in saerrorcodes.h -

"Problem: Records have been rejected during the loading of this store/day."

"Solution: This input file is corrupt and can not be fully loaded. Either edit the file or repoll the store."

From our side, we are seeing several error with this one, but a Business Date, but since other transaction level errors have already been resolved, this one however stays behind.

Looks like this has same behavior as MISSING_TRAN_BIG_GAP wherein we would just need need to overwrite the error but won't really have the error go away.
