Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. The process scheduler can not start up after failover to the standby node

When the process scheduler failover to the standby node, it has the following error message

Tuxedo is a registered trademark.
TMADMIN_CAT:196: ERROR: The boot mode is only available on the MASTER processor.
