India GST - India Tax Details Menu not available after revised Phase 3 patch

Hi,

We have applied the following GST Phase 3 patches and we are not seeing India Tax Details form from any responsibility. I added the menu to the responsibility but still can't see it.

Did someone faced this issue and know of any solutions?
