PO matched invoice tax values are not coming for payment

Hi

While making payment for the PO matched invoice, miscellaneous lines are not coming for payment. Please find below screen shots.

Invoice Workbench:

Total Invoice amount = 1078047.46

Payment Workbench:

Value coming for Payment = 980043.14 (base amount of the invoice without taxes)

Requesting you to check and let us know the solution immediately.
