GST Phase 2 Patch 25608900 error - Missing Right parenthesis CREATE FORCE VIEW APPS.JAI_PARTY_REGS_

Our System : ORacle EBS !2.1.3 with Oracle 10.2.0.4

We have applied the below patches till now in the test instance.

9239089:R12.AD.B.delta.3

8919491:R12.ATG_PF.B.delta.3

12964564

21314548: R12.AD.B.DELTA.7

19283503:R12.GL.B

13626800:R12.GMF.B

While applying the patch 25608900:R12.JAI.B we got the below error for the file

We raised Oracle SR and we were recommended the patch 26153906:R12.JAI.B. We applied that patch but still we are getting the same error. Please help.
