Open UI - How to set the default browser zoom level to 80%?

We are using Siebel Open UI in IP15.9 in chrome.

Our users feel that after Open UI the whole applet visibility size is increased for labels, fields, as well as heading. In fact the whole alignment is much larger than the HI user interface.

Already by changing the .css we managed to bring down the field size and font size of various objects in UI.

But still our users would like to use the application by setting up the browser zoom at 80%. This is mostly matching to the alignment and number of fields position in the screen.

Is there any global way to either setup the browser zoom to 80% on application load or set any global parameter which will decrease all the UI component's size by 10% or so, like reducing the font size, padding etc.
