IOT - India Tax Details Form not opening and showing trigger error

Hi

GST functionality in 12.1.3 instance. (Having patches till 30th May RUP5)

Testing IOT (India Inter organization Transfer) between inventory organizations under different operating units pertaining to single state. Type selected as 'Intransit Shipment'.

As per phase II deliverables, transaction should default CGST and SGST taxes.

Clicked Transaction lines and entered required item code, Sub inventory, To Sub inventory and qty.

Click Tools--India Tax Details--Showing error message as 'FRM-40735:WHEN -VALIDATE RECORD trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-04062.

Tried saving without going to India Tax details also and showing the same error.
