promise to pay for future dated billed AR invoices

Team,

I have developed functionality to create promise to pay automatically. I am using oracle standard API "IEX_PROMISES_PUB.INSERT_PROMISE" to create promises. One of the parameters for this API is delinquency_id.

Can someone please help me understand how would I get delinquency_id for future dated billed AR invoices? I tried to run scoring harness program but I don't see delinquency id generated for future dated AR invoice?
