Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Phase 3 functional, co-existent and enabled patch has been applied ok

I click on 'Find' no form is getting opened

It was ok in Phase1+2 patch
