Can GST RUP5 patch 26041797 be applied on Phase2 Patch + RUP 1 through 4?

Hi

Can the RUP5 patch 26041797n be applied on GST Phase2 patch with RUP1 through RUP4 already applied? The document GST: Oracle Financials for India (OFI) RUP Patches (Doc ID 2253455.1) says we can apply. But functionalities that were working before (payables, TDS etc, tax defaultation etc) are now completely broken after we applied RUP5 on Phase2 patch.

We are getting inputs (including some from within Support) that RUP5 can be applied and tested only over Phase3 Co-existence + TDS Migration + GST Enablement + TDS Enablment patches.

Anyone has any idea on this?
