Publish a tile in New Parent Folder

I have created a Navigation collection and would like to publish this as tile onto a new Homepage. I have created the Homepage. As part of creation of the tile using 'Tile Wizard', there is an option to select Parent Folder(Attached screen print). Can I add a New Parent Folder? If so, how?
