Document formats under GST

Hello, Can anyone help me with the Purchase Order, Invoice , Stock Transfer and various other document format prescribed by Govt of India as per new GST Law.

Please help with either document or URL where i can get these details.

Also wanted to check if Oracle GST patch will have all these reports as per the GST Law?
