How To Remove The Notification Details Attachment From Html Notifications(Notification Detail.Html)

Please suggest me, is there a way not to have the attachment "Notification Detail.html" in the Workflow Notifications. User tries to open the attachment by double clicking and it opens up the page asking for the Applications login.

Since I am displaying all the relevant matter in the Email body only, I really do not require someone to log in to the Applications to review the Email Notification. So, the idea is ..When the attachment not being used, why can't we remove it from the Notificaition so that users will not try to explore this option.

Any suggestions in this regard are highly appreciated.
