Federated SSO for mobile app of Oracle EBS

We are planning to implement Mobile Time card . Only issue foresee How this mobile time card will authenticate to our existing FSSO setup

Current EBS Architecture:-

1) User gets created in AD as FSSO solution(where users details are stored in Fedrated Idenity Manager(Identity Provider ) for Oracle iam OIF(Service provider to OAM)  --> Have the passwords

2) User HR account gets created in EBS --> ER connector creates his account in OIM --> Using Ldap Sync accounts get sync to OID

(No password stored any where in this flow).

3) Then with help of UM connector in OIM--> User FND record gets created in EBS (no password flows)
