Iex: process pending not populating remaining amounts

Team,

I am using the functionality of transfer to external agency where I read from oracle documentation that Iex:process pending program updates OKL_OPEN_INT table with information about contract which includes remaining amount. Initially it was being populated but has suddenly stopped populating this field.

Can someone please suggest about this as users want to see remaining amount on contract at the time of transferring the case to external party?
