Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi,

Please suggest the tax applicability in this scenario,

Billing organization - ABC, Trissur, Kerala State

Bill to location - XYZ - Plant A, Bangalore, Karnataka State

Ship to location - XYZ - Plant B, Chennai, Tamilnadu State

Item comes under 18% GST rate

Kindly clarify.
