Oracle Mobile Authenticator - Secret Kay Reuse Restriction

Hi,

We are using oracle mobile authenticator of 2FA, user is registering OMA application by using secret key. if we generate Secret Key and use to register Oracle Mobile Authenticator (OMA) on a Device , the same secret key can be use to register another device to register OMA.

So my question is: how can we restrict that secret key to use it with multiple devices. ? if a user uses secret key to register OMA. this key never be use to register another device.
