Why Reverse charge GST is not working?

Hi

We are using GST and applied model 3 patch with GST enablement and are on 12.1.3.

We Created Reverse charge regime, tax type and category. While creating the AP manual invoice, can see reverse charge category and applied such taxes.

However on running the India - Period Ending Process no entries are picked and transferred to GL interface. Can some one advise what is missing here.
