What populates the data in jai_rgm_recovery_lines table?

Hi

I created reverse charge regime using recoverable tax rates and claim terms.

Created manual AP invoices and validated & accounted the same.

Noted that such recoverable data is NOT populated in jai_rgm_recovery_lines table for long (many days) and we are unable to claim recovery process and to India-period end process.

Now all of a sudden noted, that the table jai_rgm_recovery_lines has data till yesterday. Any new invoice created still does not have data inserted in this table.

How to populate the data in this table or which process need to be run for this.
