Can someone Guide me in creating a RUNCONTROL Fluid Page ?

Hello All,

I am trying to create a Fluid Run control page. I have few questions:

1) What Sub-Page do I use for the FLUID PAGE. for classic we use PRCSRUNCNTL_SBP. is there anything similar to that ? or can we use the same subpage ?

2) I use ps_apps_content as layout for the page. I need to order all the fields as i wish. But the Page looks something like this.

How do I get the fields ordered as i wish ?

3) Also, How should I get the delivered New Window option available for the page ? the new window hyperlink in the above image is a custom field placed by me.
