India GST - Tax Rules page not opening after saving the rules

Hi,

We applied the patches until one-off though we didn't apply the RUP6 yet, and we are seeing an issue in OFI - Tax Rules page. I want to revisit my rules and trying to inquire but it looks like the page is hanging and the saved records are not opening. I am not doing a blind search but trying to find the exact record. Did anyone notice similar issue and what you did to rectify this issue.

Appreciate any feedback.
