Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. TDS Migration patch end dated old TDS Tax codes and creating new tax codes without section codes

Why end dating old TDS Tax codes and creating new tax codes in old Taxation while applying TDS Migration Patch (26254475) (part of phase 3)?

And new tax codes missing Section codes . Due to this old TDS Process failing with invalid TDS Tax code. Please help me on this.
