GST structure configuration support

Dear Team,

One of client having 3 Legal entity and each having single Operating unit. All 3LEs are under one ledger and operating units have created as company segment  with Balancing segment flexfield qualifier. Here 4 Inventory org which has share across all operating units irrespective to all legal entity.

Now we are trying setup GST for same with below ambiguity;

1. Is individual GST regime name and code will required for each Legal entity?

2. As followed to configuration document for GST, no where found legal entity which has attached with regime and tax type. Then isn't required individual regime or tax type setup for LE?
