Fluid Tiles - Navigation collections - subfolders

Hi Gurus,

We are in PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 and tools 8.55.

I am creating fluid homepage tiles with help of navigation collections.

Issue: Navigation collection is showing sub folders.

I am trying to create a Tile for Reporting Tools but Tile is showing only direct links only as below but not showing sub folder.

I have access to all sub folders under Reporting Tools.

I am not getting what is missing. Any sort of help is appreciated.
