JAI_BOE_TARIFF_REQUIRED error while BOE confirm

Hi Experts,

We are getting error "JAI_BOE_TARIFF_REQUIRED" while BOE confirm. We already mentioned Tariff header and number in item classification. Even thought we are facing this error. Is it bug or setup issue. Kindly suggest. We applied all phase 3 patched including RUP6 Patch.
